Quick and Delicious Guilt-free Breakfasts :)

Delicious 1 Minute Low Carb Blueberry Muffin

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 minute
Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 oz Cream Cheese
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg (Ground)
1 large Egg
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tablespoon Vanilla Whey Protein
1/4 cup Blueberries
Directions
In a small bowl whisk the egg.
Add in the whey protein, nutmeg, and cream cheese.
Mix well and add the baking powder.
Stir gently and finally fold in the blueberries.
Fold again and pour into greased ovenproof mug.
Microwave for just 1 minute.
Let it cool down and serve.
