Garlic Rosemary Sauce

Several research have shown that garlic is good for the heart and cures some heart related diseases but not too many recipes incorporates garlic in a large quantity. So I researched and experimented a while and found out this wonderful sauce! We know we need to add sauce to our bread, fries, tortillas etc and I feel terrible to add store bought sauces in my meals. When I found out how little time it takes to prepare it my mind almost couldn’t believe it. The smell of the sauce make you want to consume the entire thing as it is!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Servings: ½ cup

Ingredients:
6 garlic cloves, peeled, minced
1 tbsp salt
½ cup lemon juice
Fresh rosemary sprig
1 cup olive oil
1 cup vegetable oil

Direction:
Peel the garlic cloves and minced them finely.
Add to a blender and pour in the lemon juice, olive oil and vegetable oil.
Add the salt, rosemary and blend for a minute.
Make sure the texture is thick enough.
Beat using a whisk to make it thicker.
Serve with your snacks, appetizer.
