Condensed Milk:
 
It is a form of the cow’s milk where the water has been removed.  The most common form is the sweetened condensed milk, with added sugar  and  the terms “ condensed milk “ and “sweetened condensed milk “ are often used interchangeably. When canned, it can last for years without being refrigerated if not opened.  It is widely used in delicious dessert recipes worldwide and also in tea or coffee. Besides being a part of sweet delicacies, it also offers   calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin A and a few other nutrients.  However, due to the high content  of saturated fat  and calories in condensed milk, people trying to a lose weight   or battling   blood sugar as well as cardiac  issues  should exercise caution while consuming it.
