Skimmed Milk:

  Fat content found in this ranges between 0.5% to 0.1%. So, almost all of the fats are removed while processing the milk.  Calcium content is a bit higher but it has lower levels of soluble vitamins. With the reduction of fat, calorie content also comes down. This type of milk is not suitable for children below 5 years of age but if someone is planning on cutting down calorie intake they can opt for it.
