Scallop Green salad

I am all about galloping anything that is healthy but with moderation. Just because cabbage is good for the skin and our digestion system, I would not eat cabbage in my breakfast, lunch and dinner the same day! I find it interesting to combine the ingredients with each other and come up with an authentic healthy dish that would not only be good for my body but also would be appealing to my taste buds. I have been eating honey glazed scallops for years now but recently in the summer I found a new way to combine with the healthy greens. This salad too is very quick to make and it is also elegant enough to serve in front of guests.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
½ cup scallop
2 tbsp honey
½ cup red cabbage
¼ cup green cabbage
Homemade dressing of your choice (See condiments section for the recipe)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter

Direction:
In a pan melt the butter and fry the scallops for 5 minutes from both sides.
Add half the honey and glaze for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a plate.
In a bowl add the cabbages, and add the dressing.
Add some salt and mix well. Place on your serving plate and top with the fried scallop.
