3. Maharaja’s Palace:

It is the official resident of the rulers of Mysore. It contains 14 hindu temples, garden and a countryard. Most rarely designed rooms like the Gombe Thotti which flaunts the Indian and European sculptures are the main attractions of this palace. A huge wooden elephant ornated with 84 kgs of gold is like a cherry on the top for this palace. Mysore is a place of cultural influence. It is the motherland of classical music.
