Held in the infamous Plaza hotel of New York, the 10 tiers cake was so massive for the ballroom that the two top tiers had to be removed to enter the room. When re-attached, the cake was straight six feet tall and was beautifully decorated with lots and lots of sugar flowers which were obviously edible. This vanilla and buttercream wedding cake cost the couple $7000.
