You’ll see somebody offering elote, the Mexican name for old-fashionedcorn, on about each city road corner in Mexico. The corn is generally bubbled and served either on a stick (to be eaten like a frozen yogurt) or in small glasses or cups, the kernels having been removed the cob. Salt, stew powder, butter, lime,   cheddar, mayonnaise and sour cream are then included in it to give it a mouthwatering taste.
