In Indonesian, dadar is one of the most famous desserts, it is pancake and gulung means to roll, so it’s no big surprise this sweet is famous on the Indonesian island of Java and is named dadar gulung. It’s a green, delicious pancake prepared using pandanus leaves that are rolled and after that loaded with coconut sugar.
