3. Halo Halo

Halo-Halo is almost everyone’s favorite dessert especially during summer. This yummy dessert is a mixture of different types of fruits served in a tall glass such as red beans, red monggo, sago, different colors of “gulaman” or gelatin, some jelly, ube, shaved ice and topped with leche flan and evaporated milk. People eat this by mixing the “halo-halo” and consume this during after meal. For some, they just eat this as their afternoon snacks.
