- CUMBERLAND COUNTY
The night at Carlisle was filled with variety of family parties and activities with music at various locations with the theme of this year’s celebration “Make A Memory”. The activities which focus on children was held at the Carlisle Arts Learning Center, 38 W. Pomfret. This year eve celebration featured more than 25 performers.
