The Anne Frank Museum

The Frank Museum was founded to keep alive the dear memories of the short life of one of the most popular Holocaust victims of the world. In this very home Anne’s family took shelter during much of the Second World War. These Jewish refugees belonged to the German city of Frankfurt. It is here that Anne wrote her diary which later gained international fame and became a bestseller a few year after she dies at the age of fifteen. Authorities have tried to keep the home as it was at Anne’s time as much as possible.
