Cut out on Carbs with these Two Dishes!

Delicious Low Calorie Cauliflower Rice

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon chives
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the stem of the cauliflower.
Cut the head into small pieces and add to a blender.
Blend until you get rice like texture.
In a skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the cauliflower and toss for 2 minutes.
Add in the salt, pepper, chives and oregano.
Toss for about 10 minutes.
Serve with coriander on top.
