Low Carb Breaded Fish with Delicious Sauce

2 lbs Atlantic Cod
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
7 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 tablespoon Basil
1 teaspoon leaf Oregano
4 servings of low carb Bread
3 teaspoon Garlic
2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F.
Add parchment paper onto your baking sheet.
Cut the cod into medium size and discard the bones.
Season it using salt and pepper.
Add the lemon juice and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Add the bread, mustard, oregano, basil and garlic in a blender.
Blend into a crumbly mix.
Add the cod to your baking sheet.
Add the crumbly mix on top of the cod pieces.
Drizzle the oil on top and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
