8. Dosas

Dosas are famous all around the world as Indian dish. It is basically flavorful, south Indian pancakes prepared by using rice batter and lentils.  Dosa interprets as “butter pancakes” are made with additional margarine or butter and presented with various garnishes of your choice. You will find dosa not only as a street food but also in many famous restaurants. People prefer it in mostly breakfasts and   as a snack at any time of the day. It is very healthy dish.
