Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of gluten free bread
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 avocado
  • Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp butter

Direction:

  1. Toast the breads in your toaster.
  2. Peel the avocado and discard the pit.
  3. Mash it using your hands and spread over the bread slices.
  4. Heat the butter in a pan and poach it over medium heat.
