6 Amazing Healthy Breakfasts you can make at Home

5. Gluten free Almond Oats with banana, Apple, Almonds

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  • Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • Almonds
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 sugar apple, diced

Direction:

  1. Peel the banana and apple.
  2. Slice the banana finely and cut the apple into cubes.
  3. In a pot add the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the oats, and pour in the water.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the cinnamon, honey and banana and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve in a bowl and garnish using apples, almonds and honey.
