3. Lettuce Cheese Cucumber Coriander

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 5 minutes
  • Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • Fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Direction:

  1. Cut the cucumber and tomato into pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  3. Spray your baking tray using cooking spray.
  4. Place the lettuce leaves onto your baking tray.
  5. Add the grated cheese on top.
  6. Bake for just 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a plate and add the tomato, coriander and cucumber on the side.
